In 2006, our founder Cory Bettinghouse was a college sophomore at the University of Nevada when his dad mentioned that he and the neighbors in their Del Webb retirement community needed someone to mow their tiny strips of grass. Cory handed out flyers, grabbed a used mower, a string trimmer, and a broom, and got to work. Nearly two decades later, Cory’s Lawn Service has grown into the Reno/Sparks area’s most trusted lawn care team, but our approach hasn’t changed: take care of people, show up when we say we will, and do the job right.

Aeration
Northern Nevada's compacted soil is one of the biggest enemies of a healthy lawn. Our aeration and de-thatching service relieves that compaction and removes the overgrown thatch layer, letting your lawn breathe, absorb water, and actually take in nutrients. Sprinkler Repair
Proper watering is everything for a healthy lawn in Northern Nevada's dry climate. Our certified irrigation technicians can diagnose, adjust, and repair your sprinkler system. We also offer seasonal turn-on and turn-off service, plus a hands-off irrigation management package where we adjust your watering schedule throughout the year so you never have to think about it.

Reno winters mean snow, and shoveling isn't anyone's idea of a good time. We offer residential season passes with three tiers: Premium, Standard, and Plow Me Last. Spread over five easy monthly payments. When it snows, we're there. Driveway, sidewalk, and entryway cleared so you can get on with your day.

I hired Cory's Lawn Service for a back-yard clean up. Their customer service was extremely responsive, they came out with a few days to give me an estimate, and the team was back 4 days later to do the work. We've been using Cory's for weed services for a few years now, and they've done an excellent job! It's made a huge difference. Today we used them for Irrigation repair as well.
