When you sign up for mowing with Cory’s Lawn Service, your first visit is what we call an activation mow. Our crew lead walks through your property, takes detailed notes, establishes clean edges, and gets everything back into shape, even if the grass is overgrown or hasn’t been touched in a while. From there, you’re placed on a consistent weekly schedule with a set day of service so you always know when we’re coming.
We keep billing simple. A credit card on file means no chasing invoices or writing checks. Your card is charged automatically after each service, and we never tack on a processing fee. Our crews also communicate directly with the office, so if they notice anything on your property that needs attention, like dry turf, broken sprinkler heads, weed pressure, or overgrown shrubs, we’ll follow up with a recommendation. A lot of our mowing customers end up adding fertilization, weed control, or irrigation services once they see how much easier it is to let one company handle everything.
Every lawn mowing visit from Cory’s Lawn Service covers the full scope of what your yard needs to stay healthy and look its best. We mow, edge, string trim, and blow off all hard surfaces, all included in one weekly service. We never cut more than a third of the grass blade at a time and keep our mowing height between 2.5 and 3.5 inches, which is the sweet spot for turf health here in Northern Nevada.

I hired Cory's Law Service for a back-yard clean up. Their customer service was extremely responsive, they came out with a few days to give me an estimate, and the team was back 4 days later to do the work. They did an excellent job trimming all of our bushes and removing 3 small dead evergreens. They also did an immaculate job cleaning up the yard and they were polite and professional the entire time. We've been using Cory's for weed services for a few years now, and they've done an excellent job! It's made a huge difference. Today we used them for Irrigation repair as well.
